I was delighted with my consultation today. The diagnosis was beyond my expectations with the Doctor quickly identified the root cause. The acupuncture session was also great professional, kind along with cupping and heat lamps. The team were all very welcome and kind.

I visit this morning at 10am the receptionist and the nurse are very kind. They transfer me to the doctor first of all I don't have any idea about acupuncture so I start to explain about my pain to the doctor she don't let me to finish my word then she write it in the paper and she's going to start the treatment. I ask a question she's very angry she want me to accept what she said only! and she tell me that I can leave if I don't accept what she said and She let me to pay for the consultation 100aed for her worst words I pay the money what they ask me and I leave. the doctor is very rude! She don't even want to hear what I'm telling her I'm paying my money for what reason she's doing this to me she's full of disrespect doctor ever!!!

I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of Dr.eslamnnAlthough i asked to see Dr chen, i was admitted to dr. Eslam at first for consultation. When he asked me about the issue, i told him I have bursitis, he said that he doesn’t care about this. I told him I had done an MRI and was diagnosed with bursitis and tendonitis and again he said he doesn’t care about the MRI.nnHe did a physical examination and has made me feel tremendous pain and said that my tendons are horrible and nothing is working properly and he completely disregarded all my physio therapists and doctors.nnI have never had such a horrible encounter with a doctor before. I then told him I also have wrist pain, he said live with it.nnHe asked me if I do any sports and when I told him calisthenics he had an attitude about it. My injury was not caused by calisthenics nor do I feel pain while performing.nnHe is completely unprofessional and I never want to come across him.nnAdding to that, he said that TCM/acupuncture/cupping will not treat my issue, when I asked him what will? He said drink water and rest. Amazing.nnDr Chen was an absolute sweetheart and very gentle and understood the issue and treated me as such and I will continue with her. I really really am happy with her.

As I keep continuing to accolade about the GulfChineseMedicalCenter. It is truly and genuinely an excellent treatment that incorporates knowledgeable staff. At this stage I visit once a week to get my physical anomalies straightened out, and I feel rejuvenated post treatment. Please keep up the good work.

I love this place and I recommend it to other people. I particularly loved the dry needling dr. chen did for me, I love it when my muscle twitches, yes I feel sore afterwards but it really helps reduce the debilitating muscle knot I have. I’ll keep coming back inshallah
