The team were very responsive on WhatsApp and helped to set something up swiftly. Special mention to Nancy who helped us understand the process and continuously showed care and affection through what can be a scary experience. Nancy made sure we were constantly aware of what the next steps were and showed exemplary care and professionalism throughout. She was truly a joy to speak with and have as our liaison with the clinic.nnThe consultation with Dr Michael was out of this world, his care and infectious personality shone through instantly. He has a unique ability to make you feel like the centre of attention, extremely interested and respectful of your initial thoughts and ideas of what procedure you want done. His excellent knowledge of every procedure puts you to instant ease in his care, and his passion for the field eliminates any doubts you may have to go through with a surgical operation. We went originally just for an eye lift but within a few minutes and Dr Michael’s superb contextualisation and explanation, even for laymen with no knowledge of plastic surgery like us, we were interested in further procedures in the near future. His storytelling and clear to follow point-making help to visualise what the end results can look like to achieve your true potential surgically. I can not emphasise enough how much of a spectacular and enjoyable experience it was with Dr Michael. So much so that we are already planning for further procedures in the next 6-9 months with him and Clinica Joelle.nnAfter the procedure, the team very kindly sent us a lovely bouquet of flowers which is further testament to their best-in-class customer experience. I have just had my surgery yesterday but can already see the results during my recovery which exceeds even my wildest expectations.nnTo summarise, Clinica Joelle is the only place I will have plastic surgery in Dubai, and only with Dr Michael Salivaras who is truly the exceptional plastic surgeon in the world.nnMany thanks to you all and see you soon!

a commercial and worse clinec ever. they do not take care bout what really the patient need they care about the amount of money patient should bay at the end of the visit. money is the most important things to them. I had a bad experience with them. I got a bad result, with huge amount of money. they are not clear about the payment you ask for something, but they do a lot just to charge you more. and they let you to surprise with the amount of the money when you finish. it would be OK for me if I had a good result, but unfortunately, the result is worse with a suffering . I wish I did not do it I really suffer after the treatment with bad result. I tried to contact and complain about it, and I just hear the “Sorry”. They did not try to offer me anything or refund a part of my money back because of their mistakes. I don’t recommend it for anyone.

I’ve been visiting the clinic 2 years now and I did treatments with all the doctor and experts there like the dermatologist Dr. Sahar, plastic surgeon Dr Chelbi & Dr. Michael, skin experts Alfia & Diana, and the Dentists Dr. Nasser and Dr. Ayman and I’m also doing my laser hair removal sessions there and will start my slimming sessions soon. The vibes, the staff, the doctors, the nurses and every one is just amazing and friendly. They have valet parking so no need to think about where to park. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would not say no, its a 10 star service and experience.
