Poor staff management, one of the nurses in particular body shames and is very rude. Very unprofessional and rude. Even after coming on time the waiting period is very long.
I went to this medical centre for high cold and flu treatment and met with Dr Rabia, she really took great care and assisted with great diagnosis. She was really helpful and even the admin did everything promptly. I would recommend everyone to visit this centre and with Dr Rabia.
I have had appointments for myself and for my family with Doctor Shehzeen Fazal. She is so polite and professional. Always follows up on her patients. Is patient and listens to you before suggesting the tests and medication required. Helps in whatever way she can. Whenever we need to use the clinic we always book with her and I would definitely recommend her.
I called to make an appointment, and was asked: What type of insurance did I have, I informed them it was Daman. Went there, gave them my ID and waited for about 30 minutes, only for the receptionist to then tell me: sorry we accept only Daman Enhanced. I asked why didn't they specifically tell me this over the phone, she just kept looking at me! No apology, nothing. Wouldn't recommend this place.
Had my root canal done with Dr Raiyan Khuraishi. His treatment is very good. I would recommend him to my friends n relatives.nnMy daughter's treatment done with Dr Yasmin Pathan, she is very polite n gud doctor. My daughter is overwhelmed by her politeness n treatment.
