Very happy with the experience today. Walked in to enquire about getting new glasses and we were able to have two free eye tests there and then. We were then helped by very competent and professional staff to pick a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. There was no pressure to buy more or above and beyond what we needed. Even when the next day there was an issue with the sunglasses we returned to the store and the manager Edward could not do enough to help choose another pair. The ongoing discounts really make the cost of frames and lens reasonable. Very happy and will definitely come back to get another set of glasses soon!
Abd Alraham was thorough provided excellent advice and options. I have left a very happy lady and will be staying with vision express in the future. Highly recommend visiting this store.
You pay +Dhs1300 for reading lens and they start to peel after few months.nDO NOT buy from them, their material are probably counterfeit
