The pharmacist who assisted me was very friendly! However, I would appreciate it if you could provide better training for your staff regarding the skincare products they are selling. It's also important to give customers enough time and space to review the products they are recommending. During my own research, I found that some of the information provided by the pharmacist was inaccurate. For instance, the skincare brand is of German origin, not Italian. Additionally, one of the serums does not contain Retinol, and the Ampoules are intended for single use only, not for multiple uses. The brand primarily focuses on anti-aging products. Please ensure that your staff provide accurate information and recommendations, and prioritize the customers' needs over simply making a sale, as this experience left me feeling quite disappointed.
