My interactions were marred by unfriendly attitudes,poor communication.nnThis was both disappointing and frustrating, especially when dealing with healthcare services where efficient and courteous service is crucial.nnI believe that effective training in customer service and patient care for the reception staff could significantly improve the experience at Ibn Sina Medical Centre. Bad service and bad way of doing the business. Doctor not accept to proper check, and once we came back for follow up next day the were asking to pay again (although the law allow 7 days follow up for free).nnmany reviews tell how bad the service and tells better to stay away from this place.
