I had an appointment at New age and was extremely disappointed with the wait time.nnDespite having an appointment, I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes before being seen. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of consideration for patients' time. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone who values their time.nnCustomer service 3/10

I visited the clinic with the treatment I wanted to do but when she saw my face condition (acne and prone skin), she recommended me another program; Factor Five. The result was amazing. My face is improving alot just only after 1 session.nShe is very kind to share her contact. I can write her any concern I have during the treatments. I went to this clinic to make skin booster suddenly a lady came to force me in rude way to take photos before the procedure and she mentioned that the management rule is to take photos or to sign then they give me to sign on different thing that I refuse to follow the doctor instructions and this is under my responsibility means if I had any problems in this injection it is under my responsiblen2 lady’s not taking in a proper way shouting in loud voice with the costumers and they are very rude and reflect a very bad picture for this clinic and the management needs to choose there staff and teach them how to deal with people.nNot recommended clinic👎🏻

I came to do laser for my underarm and bikini. It is also my first time. From the time i came until i left, all are very friendly and accommodating. The nurse clearly informed me the instructions in taking care my part before and after the treatment. She continuously inform me also what procedures she will do on me during the process.
