This center is not worth your time & money.nIt is by far, the worst beauty clinic i have been to in the UAE. Why?n1- Because they care about money more than they care about their services.n2- customer service is below average. Actually, their customer service doesn’t exist.n3- They cancel appointments & reschedule appointments (without asking you) according to their availability, not yours.n4- You show up to your appointment on time, guess what? The Dr isn’t coming, but nobody cared to inform you.n5- Again you show up to your canceled & rescheduled appointment on time, the DR decides he isn’t feeling well to do any service, so he sends you back home. Another day wasted 😁n6- After 3 times of trying to have your “retouch” appointment, you make it on time again, the DR is 30 minutes late (as usual) he asks you to wait outside for 10 minutes then calls you back in to tell you sarcastically that you have to pay for your own retouch! EVEN THOUGH, i was told several times that my lips need to be fixed, as they aren’t done right & that my injection is there & ready for my retouch!n7- After i left this reputable DRs office, the receptionists all sat there smirking and nodding, as i complained! But nothing else was done of course! I was only promised a call, but guess what? 3 days later & no call!nThe list goes on, but all in all?nDon’t bother waste your time! Not worth the drive!nI would rate them below 0 if i could!nnI love how you changed your reply 😁 very unprofessional even in your replies 😂

Extremely pleased with the center. I'm using laser therapy. The best place for laser. It's fantastic that there was never a wait for my appointment. I suggest “Jewel” for laser because she’s the greatest and the kindest

Its a big facility, clean, discreet and professional staff and technicians. Reasonable prices. They have a wide spectrum of cosmetic treatments. Ive tried various treatments (soft/red light, laser hair removal, hydrafacial) had a good experience. They offer quiet a few package offers and discounts. I am satisfied with the service each time.

Really impressed with the center. I’m doing laser here and the results are impressive from the very first session. I recommend Raghda like there’s no tomorrow. If you’re wondering where to get your hair laser removal, this is the place. The staff are professional and I never had to wait for my appointment (which is amazing). They have other services as well and it’s worth checking out.
