Very bad awful experience, they care about one thing and one thing only which is money, they don't care how stressful or nerve wracking the experience is and they don't care how much hope you have to become a parent, just pay and when you finish paying that's it bye bye,nIt start with the lack of clarity and transparency and then the lack of communication and follow up to the general lack of interest shown by the staff as after the egg retrieval procedure you have to call everyday to check about the developing situationnplease find another center and save yourself a heartache there is plenty of better qualified centers out there please do your research and don't rush.
