I recently had a disappointing experience at the physiotherapy department, largely due to the receptionist's poor behavior and customer service. Communication from the hospital staff needs significant improvement to ensure a better patient experience. Unfortunately, this was my first negative encounter at this hospital, and it has left a lasting impression. I hope they take steps to address these issues.
Horrible experience.. I totally don’t recommend it.. this was in my room earlier for couple of hours with blood.. what if someone has some sort of infection would you like to spread it out.. can’t wait till I leave . Not to mention the nursing skills I wouldn’t say all but most of them.
There is a lot of delay in appointments at the hospital, and I find them to be very slow. I came with an appointment, and I was served after an hour. Having an appointment is useless. Getting your medication from a pharmacy can take time. I am very disappointed in this.
Came with an elder patient 58 years old ,they didnt entertain and were busy in quarrels with other patients , especially the reception desk .i waited for 1:30 hrs just to get a transfer from gp doctor to specialist. i hope this is resolved by the management as the hospital is caring and keeping up there repo
Very disappointed with the reception at Lab department. I was only one at Waiting section to give my blood for some test but even after reaching at 8 am. I had to wait since lab counter was missing from seat. Even after coming back she took 15 minutes just to call me to ask to take my Eid and recommened lab documents from Doc.( remind you I was only one at Waiting section).nnThere should be some workshop to the employees here
