I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by a female Filipino receptionist. After requesting my name and number, she began using her phone while I was waiting for a response about my appointment. When I asked for an update, she rolled her eyes, mumbled some words I didn't get and continued using her phone. Such a lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting.
