Dr. Mona is amazing. I usually get anxious about dental visits, but she always makes sure I'm comfortable and at ease during every visit, and her treatments are painless. The clinic is also really clean, with kind staff. I highly recommend this place!

We have had a very positive experience since the moment we stepped foot inside True Smile. My daughter, 10 years old, had a special case for having permanent braces fitted. Dr Karan fully explained the reasons why, showing very carefully photographic evidence, example images, sample brace styles, as well as the positive impact that having fitted braces will do for her future growth. Dr Karan was clear to explain not only to me, but also directly with my daughter, putting her completely at ease from start to finish of each appointment we have had so far.nnWe also had a separate appointment with Dr Stephanie who was also so excellent with my daughter. Prior to braces being fitted, my daughter required a tooth extraction and professional cleaning of all teeth. Dr Stephanie was so professional while being incredibly gentle, suitably informing my daughter throughout of why and what she will be doing. This allowed for my daughter to be as comfortable as possible, under the circumstances. Finished with a certificate for my daughter to place out for the tooth fairy that evening, which was a lovely touch.nnThe clinic is extremely clean and the reception staff are always very courteous and attentive, from booking appointments, making amendments to excellent service whilst sitting in the waiting area. True Smile go above and beyond! I have no hesitation in highly recommending them whatsoever ⭐️
