The staff was very professional, friendly and informative. I’m not a big fan of needles but the process was quick and I didn’t feel anything. Will definitely recommend to my colleagues.

We went to make differents tests here. From the beginning we talk with Leonida that was very kind to assist us and to combine the best way to do it because our dietist ask for many studies. All the staff it was very kind and professional, the results were very fast almost to the other day. We really recomend the place for the attention service and professionalism.

Once again, I would like to freely speak about my second experience with PHD LAB.nI was offered the opportunity to meet with Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Awad, Head of Operation & Lab Director in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi right after I had received all the results of my blood test.nIt was July 6th when I met Dr. Ahmed who, I found, is really a professional GENTLEMAN. He spared some of his quality time, in a cozy office, to discuss and analyse all my lengthy blood results. He also gave me the nicle tour of the lab facility which was full with very high standard, sofisticated and advanced technology equipments. Very impressive!!nDr. Ahmed is not only a professional in his field but also very caring. I do wish him the very best of luck and similarly to his staff and supporting staff members. As I had said earlier in my first comment, I do recommend PHD Lab for the properties of professionalism it has, and for everyone who cares about the health of his/her blood needs.n___________________________________nnI have come to know PHD LAB through my doctor who does recommend it for all my blood tests. Hence, before my first visit to the lab, I called for further information on the blod services PHD LAB provids. I wasn't only fully informed by the person on the other end but in a couple of minutes after the call, I received comprehensive catalogue and brochure with information covering all the pertinent answers to my needs. That person on the other end happen to be Miss. Leonida Emeterio whose enthusiasm and desire to help was unquestionably awesome and professional. I was really firstly impressed by the LAB's tidiness and cleanliness. The set up was very inviting and Miss Leonida was very welcoming. The knowledge she had on the overall blod tests covering all the vitamins & minerals analysis, was very much appreciated. She has a very blithe face which reflects comfort and satisfaction on the visitors. This type of character stems out from the professional management's criteria for selecting it staff and supporting staff members.
