I brought my cat (Monkey) to Panacea Vets and honestly this vet is the best place to bring your animals. The staff are amazing and make you feel welcome and at ease the moment you walk through the door. The doctors are very professional yet friendly and caring. The clinic is hygienically maintained with a pet friendly environment. Based on my experience I can say for certain that their primary focus is on treating pets well.

Today I visited Panacea Vets for an issue with one of my cats. Appointment was taken last minute but the staff was very helpful to find a spot available with Dr. Zenya! The place is stunning and stylish and the staff did all to make us feels comfortable (including moving us in a dedicated area for cats to avoid contacts with dogs). Honestly my cat is not an easy one, I am always struggling to find a clinic which can treat him (he’s a bit aggressive with vets 😅). As I informed Dr.Zenya, she took all the precautions to make him feel calm and she managed to treat him and do a full check. It seems Pinkie and I have finally found our clinic in Dubai, very professional and honest! 💜

This is my 2nd time here at Panacea Vets, a place that truly stands out for its exceptional care and service. They are the best at understanding my pet's condition and always do their best for him. My dog was hospitalised due to vomiting, and he stayed there for a few nights getting treatment. Dr Zenia is fantastic and approachable and was very responsive with the updates. Similarly, the team from reception to the very kind and caring nurses and all the way to the cleaning crew, every single one of them is lovely and supportive.nThey send you updates and videos via WhatsApp, call you, and keep you posted on your furbaby's state.nThank you, Panacea Vets Team!nnP.S. Well it feels like home again now that Bessie Boo Boo is here next to me at home.nthank you to Dr Zennia, Dr Hilke and Dr Sofia and all the nurses and handlers at the clinic for helping and working together as a family to get Bessie boo to recover from a neurological episode last week and liver issues and make it through this incident and now able to walk again with much better blood results. We are so happy to have our gramma doggie Boo Boo back at home. Thank you once again for saving my heart doggies life.n🩷🐶🙏🥰

Such an amazing experience with Panacea vets. They’re always so helpful and take good care of my cats. One whom recently got into a seriously bad accident, resulting to a broken femur bone and a serious mouth injury. They took such good care of him and he’s now on the mend after a successful surgery. Thank you to Zenia and her incredible staff! I highly recommend them for your fur babies.
