Had a great experience in neurology department - big thanks to Dr Giovanni Coco who gave right directions and diagnose as well as attention to details and right support.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Mediclinic Middle East is the absolute worst to deal with. Apart from the fact that you can NEVER reach their Parkview Pharmacy on phone, getting your test results is near impossible. Almost 5 days ago I had bloodwork done. My doctor emailed me to tell me things look good, however I cannot access my own results on their Patient Portal. I queried it, and I was asked to “supply my EID photo” to better assist me. Like, what do you want my photo for?? Just give me my damn results!! I am not asking for much. If it was not that I really like and respect my Dr, Dr. de Klerk, I would never set foot in a Mediclinic again. Really poor!!!

I recently visited Mediclinic Al-Sufuh in Dubai for a medical consultation, and overall, I had a positive experience with the doctors and services provided. However, I would strongly advise against purchasing any medications from their in-house pharmacy based on my personal encounter, which was rather disappointing.nThe pharmacist in charge displayed an extremely irritable attitude when I provided honest feedback regarding their services. In fact, he seemed so bothered by my comments that he wanted to stop selling me the medication. Such behavior is highly disappointing, especially coming from someone who claims to be the top manager for the pharmaceutical department at Mediclinic.nIn conclusion, my overall experience was positive, thanks to the competent and caring doctors who provided excellent medical services. However, I regretfully suggest avoiding the clinic's in-house pharmacy due to my poor encounter with their service. Next time I will definitely buy from an outside pharmacy.

The worst experience I have ever had. Mediclinic center are not trained to deal with patients and customers. They are very rude, show no empathy at all. Jamie Scanlon's attitude is totally disgusting. They should look at who they have working at the place. I am not one to leave reviews but they should know that they are dealing with people and not numbers. In the end we are putting our trust in a group that cares about health and people. Really a disaster.

Mediclinic Call Centre Agents are not very well-trained when dealing with patients and clients. very rude and not even showing politeness, I am asking for an assistance only showing me his attitude this Call centre agent named Mehdi. they need to filter people dealing with sick patients and attend some customer experience workshops and seminars.
