The psychology internship program at Feel & Heal is a great opportunity for anyone (especially high school students) looking to pursue psychology or get a gist of how psychology can positively aid in understanding oneself and enhancing our wellbeing. The program provided practical insights into Art Therapy, Self-Hypnosis, Personality testing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Goal setting, Domains of psychology, Career opportunities related to psychology and interactive sessions which involved brainstorming and learning about therapeutic techniques and applications. Ms. Anuja the program head is a compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable mentor who’s dedication truly reflected in her efforts to make this internship program fruitful for all the attendees!
