I had been having real problems with my neck and back during training for over a year. I first had gone to the hospital but unfortunately they were not able to help. I decided to come to Align, Konstantinos came highly recommended by a friend. Konstantinos was incredibly knowledgeable and helped by talking me through all that he was doing. From the first session, I noticed immense improvements in the pain and mobility. Each session after that it just kept getting better and Konstantinos gave many recommendations for me to do at home/in the gym to keep the progress going! On top of that, Konstantinos is a very friendly and good guy, he made the whole experience enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend Align and Konstantinos enough!

After a decade of debilitating and chronic tension headaches + neck pain which saw me visiting multiple specialists, MRI’s, CT scans and a myriad of other tests which all resulted in “normal” diagnosis, I was absolutely desperate for help.nnOn a chance last minute visit to Align Health, I was scheduled to meet with Kostas who attentively listened to my history and almost immediately diagnosed the issue. After just 3 sessions the headaches have stopped completely! This is honestly life changing for someone who’d experience at least 2-3 headaches a week.
