Dr.Abbas itself was good as any allergist I've been to. However the overall communications with staffnwas totally unprofessional.nnWe booked an appointment to do an allergy blood test for my daughter and the clinic attendants were not responsible enough to tell us that the child should be off antihistamines tor a minimum of 4 days before doing the test. We wasted several hours for nothing.nnWe had to return once again after 4 days of no Zyrtec...We had an appointment but they then changed the timings twice in one day.
Dr Abbas is a brilliant highly experienced and knowledgeable consultant. He goes through the test results, provides a scientific explanation and spends time to ensure that the action plan is clear. His support goes beyond the consultation time, in fact he maintains open communication with his patients to address ongoing or new concerns, such a holistic approach is rarely seen!

I have seen Dr. Shahid for a number of years, during which time he helped me get and keep my allergies and asthma under control, even during wildfire season. I have always felt that he listened carefully and patiently, and that he answered questions directly and thoroughly. He is very knowedgeable in his field and stays current with research. he takes time with each patient and is very good at explaining what is going on with you. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an Allergy and Asthma Specialist!
My daughter had a severe skin allergy on all over her body since birth, we started consultation with DR SHAHID ABBAS.His EPD vaccine reatment is a miracle to all those prones allergies & asthma. It is now being 3 years and my daughter is much more better then before. Apart from his treatment, Dr shahid is always so helpful with all those queries & issues through a message or a call .We are glad that we are under his expert advices and treatment.
