Excellent surgeonnI really appreciate his professionalismnI am recommending him for every patient seeking plastic opinion
Dr. Yasser, I want to sincerely thank you for your exceptional care during my recent treatment. Your kindness, patience, and attention made a difficult time much easier to face. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with such genuine compassion. I’m truly grateful for everything you’ve done.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Yasser Khattab and their team. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, I felt well-informed, respected, and cared for. Dr. Yasser took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and clearly explain the procedure and expected outcomes.nnI truly appreciate Dr. Yasser’s expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would confidently recommend them to anyone considering plastic surgery.
Unfortunately my experience with the dr was very BAD.nOn sunday, I visited the hospital’s emergency department seeking assistance in removing surgical stitches. I was referred to Dr. Yasser, as he was available during his clinic hours. I proceeded to his clinic, paid a consultation fee of AED 750, and was seen by the doctor. Upon examination of the surgical site, Dr. Yasser refused to remove the stitches, stating that he was unsure whether the surgeon who performed the original operation had done so correctly. He advised me to return in two weeks.nnFollowing this, I consulted the original surgeon who confirmed that the stitches could be safely removed and that the wound had healed professionally. Based on this reassurance, I booked a follow-up appointment with Dr. Yasser two days later for 3:15 PM. I arrived at exactly 3:20 PM and informed the nursing staff that I was ready for my appointment. They told me the doctor was currently with another patient, so I waited patiently outside the clinic.nnTo my surprise, after waiting for 45 minutes with no updates, I requested that a nurse check on the doctor’s status. She returned with the shocking news that Dr. Yasser had already left the hospital. I was not informed, contacted, or consulted in any way. When I questioned the nurse, she initially attempted to confirm my contact number, which turned out to be incorrect. She then informed me that the doctor had simply left after “waiting” for me—despite my having been present in front of the clinic well before my appointment time.nnWhat was even more disappointing was Dr. Yasser’s response when contacted by his staff. He reportedly said, “She was supposed to come in two weeks. Why did she come today?” This was highly inappropriate. As a patient who had already paid a consultation fee, I am entitled to follow-up visits and have the right to seek clarification or raise concerns, especially regarding post-surgical care.nnDue to the poor handling of the situation, I felt compelled to file a complaint both at the hospital and with the Public Relations office. As is commonly stated, “first impressions matter,” and unfortunately, my first impression with Dr. Yasser was extremely negative. I do not intend to consult with him again.nnAs a resolution, I was referred to another surgeon who promptly removed the stitches and reassured me that my condition was completely fine. He also noted that leaving surgical stitches in for more than a month was not advisable.
Dr Khattab performed a small skin graft surgery on my ear, he did a great job, he was extremely professional and caring, what a wonderful surgeon and person! Thank you! Special thanks must also go to his wonderful nurse Anne who was absolutely superb in assisting me with all the appointment bookings and planning for the surgery, what a great team!
